You just want your site to work and forget about it. However, we realise that many businesses also need support in keeping their site up-to-date and secure.
That’s why we provide a range of options that not only include upgraded performance and features but some packages also include web support time every month to maintain and update your website.
Our web support packages can be used to make simple text and image changes and can also be extended to include more should you require further support.*
Startup
Simple business features at an affordable price- Storage: 500MB
- Email: 2 x Business (500MB limit) – We can remotely login to your computer and setup your email accounts at a cost of £50 per device.
- Downtime monitoring – we will be alerted if your site goes down and attempt to fix the issue
- Backups – Scheduled and on-demand backups for greater control
- Automatic WordPress Updates – Keep WordPress up-to-date with managed auto-updates
- Site Optimisation – improve site performance with features such as image compression and caching
- SSL Certificate – increase your site security (https)
- Maintenance & Support – Half an hour a month for site maintenance and changes. Maintenance time includes plugin and theme updates as listed below.
- Theme updates – includes the license fee for premium themes
- Plugin updates – all non-paid plugins will be checked and updated when necessary
- Staging Site – a mirror copy of your site for testing and previews
- Direct Debit
Business
All the startup features + web support- Storage: 1GB
- Email Accounts: 3 x Business (1GB limit) FREE setup service for email accounts on 1 device
- Downtime monitoring – we will be alerted if your site goes down and attempt to fix the issue
- Backups – Scheduled and on-demand backups for greater control
- Automatic WordPress Updates – Keep WordPress up-to-date with managed auto-updates
- Site Optimisation – improve site performance with features such as image compression and caching
- SSL Certificate – increase your site security (https)
- Maintenance & Support (0.5hr)* – Up to half an hour a month for site maintenance and changes. Maintenance time includes plugin and theme updates as listed below.
- Theme updates – includes the license fee for premium themes
- Plugin updates – all non-paid plugins will be checked and updated when necessary
- FREE Domain– we will purchase and renew your standard .co.uk domain for free whilst you’re on this package**

All the features + extended web support and staging site- Storage: 2GB
- Email Accounts: 5 x Business (1GB limit) FREE setup service for email accounts on 1 device
- Downtime monitoring – we will be alerted if your site goes down and attempt to fix the issue
- Backups – Scheduled and on-demand backups for greater control
- Automatic WordPress Updates – Keep WordPress up-to-date with managed auto-updates
- Site Optimisation – improve site performance with features such as image compression and caching
- SSL Certificate – increase your site security (https)
- Maintenance & Support (1hr)* – Up to one hour a month for site maintenance and changes. Maintenance time includes plugin and theme updates as listed below.
- Theme updates – includes the license fee for premium themes
- Plugin updates – all non-paid plugins will be checked and updated when necessary
- FREE Domain– we will purchase and renew your standard .co.uk domain for free whilst you’re on this package**
- Staging Site – a mirror copy of your site for testing and previews

*Maintenance and support times incorporate time taken to check and update themes and plugins so time available for changes will be less than shown. Time is not rolled over each month. Additional support or support without a package in place is charged at £80 per hour + VAT.
**This applies to “standard” domains such as .co.uk or .uk and doesn’t apply to more expensive .com addresses.

How do I know which package to choose?
If you’re not sure which package is right for you just give us a call and we can chat through your options.
If you’re likely to require small but regular changes and/or your site is business critical we’d recommend one of our Business or Business + packages that benefit from increased reliability, performance and security as well as allowing time every month for web support and changes.
What does your email setup service include?
We have found that one of the problems our clients encounter when setting up a new website is getting their email addresses up and running.
Whilst we provide full setup instructions to do it yourself we understand that not everyone wants to do this so we offer a remote setup service which includes:
- Logging in to your PC or Mac using remote access software (we will send you a link)
- Setting up your email account in the client of your choice (Mail, Outlook etc)
- Testing and configuring the account
This service is FREE on our business packages and £50 per device on the Startup package.
What are the risks of cheap hosting?
As with any website, there are always security risks to be aware of.
As most of the small to medium sites we build are on WordPress, the best way to keep your site secure is to make sure WordPress and all plugins are up-to-date as threats are constantly monitored and patches are released if vulnerabilities are found.
Whilst our Startup package includes automatic WordPress updates, the most secure choice would be one of our business packages with regular updates to themes and plugins too.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If you can’t see a package that suits you we can always look at creating one to suit your needs.
For example, we can add additional email addresses if required for a small monthly cost.
What's included in the price?
The tables above cover most of the core hosting features. However, all packages also include our time to fix any hosting issues that may arise so, in the unlikely scenario of your site going down, we’ll be automatically notified and be on the case to fix it – probably before you’re even aware of any issue.
This isn’t always the case with other hosting packages where you may have to contact the hosts yourself which, without the necessary technical knowledge, can be a daunting prospect.
