EverTrek Website Redesign
UX-led website redesign and ongoing design support for EverTrek
We worked with EverTrek on a UX-led website redesign, starting with research and discovery rather than jumping straight into visuals. Our first step was to spend time with the team to better understand the business, the customer journey, the different audience types, and the role the website played in future growth. As an adventure travel company operating in a highly digital environment, EverTrek’s website is a crucial shop window – it needed to feel exciting and inspiring, while also being clear, easy to use and focused on helping customers find and book the right trip.
The initial research helped us identify key user profiles, which directly influenced the structure, content and design approach. We looked at how different customers might browse the site, from experienced trekkers looking for specific bucket-list trips to people considering a major challenge for the first time. This helped shape a design direction that made EverTrek’s brand personality, USPs and tone of voice more prominent, while also making practical information easier to find – including trip highlights, experience levels, add-ons, support, training and booking information.
As part of the wider brand development, we made a subtle refinement to the EverTrek logo, combining the logotype and wordmark into a stronger, more unified version. We also created brand and design guidelines in Figma, covering updated colours, typography, logo variations, messaging examples, user profiles and competitor analysis. These foundations ensured the website redesign was grounded in strategy and consistency, rather than being treated as a standalone visual refresh.
The core design work focused on the most important customer journey: from the homepage, through search and trip discovery, into individual trip pages and checkout. Mobile was a key consideration throughout, both because of the high volume of mobile traffic to the site and because our research identified user profiles who were especially likely to browse and compare trips on mobile devices. Every key page was designed responsively, ensuring the mobile experience was considered from the start rather than adapted afterwards.
To support the project properly, we created structured Figma design files with reusable components, brand styles and a clear design system approach. This helped make the design process more consistent and gave EverTrek a stronger digital foundation for future updates and improvements.
Alongside the website redesign, we have continued to support EverTrek across a wide range of design projects, including digital and print brochures, print adverts, website banners, email marketing, campaign landing pages and other promotional assets. This ongoing relationship allows us to provide a complete design service centred around web design, brand development and the continued growth of the business.
