Credas Mobile App
Credas provide Identity Verification and Compliance solutions using cutting edge Credas ID check technology.
Part of their offering is a mobile app that uses facial recognition to identify people and match them to their ID document, allowing multiple checks to be run such as Anti-Money Laundering and Right To Work.
Yellow Cat Design used user feedback to streamline the existing app by wire-framing a completely revised customer journey. This process started with analysing user research and mapping a new, streamlined user journey. These were then used to create low-fidelity wireframes which were then developed into high-fidelity interactive prototypes. This is all part of the UI and UX design service that we provide.
This video shows the new, streamlined app process which was re-designed from scratch. The simplified design allows users to complete a Credas ID check in just a minute compared to several minutes using the previous version.

The re-designed Credas ID check app is currently rated 4.6+ in the Apple App Store with various reviews stating how quick and easy it is to perform a verification.
It consistently appears in the top 10 business apps above apps such as Uber and WhatsApp.
